Our Vermont Maple Sugar is tapped from maple trees at Butternut Mountain Farm in Morrisville, VT, where the maple sap is lovingly boiled down to create this delicious sugar that is both sweet and flavorful.
Our Vietnamese cinnamon is Fair Trade and Organic and sourced from Frontier Coop. Cinnamon is high in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties and has shown in studies to lower insulin resistance, lower blood sugars, and reduce the risk of heart disease.
